MULHERES ATLETAS NAS OLIMPÍADAS DE TÓQUIO 2020: olhares da imprensa escrita brasileira

A pesquisa buscou conhecer o conteúdo ideológico das reportagens publicadas nos cadernos especiais de três jornais brasileiros sobre a participação das mulheres atletas nos Jogos Olímpicos Tóquio 2020, na perspectiva de gênero. Trata-se de estudo documental de abordagem qualitativa. Foram selecionadas 157 reportagens e submetidas à análise de conteúdo temática com o apoio de software. Os resultados revelam que a conquista da medalha olímpica é recente e difícil para as mulheres e a imprensa se mostrou pouco crítica e superficial em relação às questões de gênero neste espaço social.
