This article investigates the process of innovation and creativity at Garbo Winery, a viticulture business in Rio Grande do Sul that stands out for its "nomadic" production model and its break with family traditions. The research problem focuses on how the founders' creativity was transformed into an innovative organizational proposal, resulting in unique products and processes. The objectives include understanding the transition from individual creativity to organizational creativity, identifying product and service innovations at Garbo, and exploring the role of technical knowledge in this process. The methodology is qualitative, based on a single-case study with data triangulation, including document analysis, field observation, and semi-structured interviews with the founders. The interviews were conducted online, and on-site visits enabled direct observation of the winery and the tasting process. The findings highlight that by adopting a non-conventional business model focused on creativity and flexibility, Garbo successfully entered a traditional sector. The founders invested in product originality and the exploration of innovative techniques such as wine tourism and personalized tastings. This strategy allowed them to overcome initial financial barriers and structural limitations, exemplifying the successful application of a creative business model in a conservative market.
