La relación entre la motivación del servicio público y la satisfacción laboral

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar la influencia de la Motivación en el Servicio Público en la satisfacción laboral. Se realizó un Modelado de Ecuaciones Estructurales en una universidad pública brasileña con 7.640 funcionarios. Este estudio puede considerarse una réplica. El modelo probado mostró que la relación entre PSM y satisfacción laboral es positiva en el contexto brasileño. Los resultados mostraron que la satisfacción es una variable dependiente del PSM y que el modelo puede ser utilizado para mapear la importancia que un individuo otorga no solo a la relación entre el PSM y la satisfacción laboral, sino también a cada dimensión de cada constructo dirigiendo asertivamente la Políticas de Recursos Humanos.
