DATAFICAÇÃO NA GESTÃO DE RECURSOS HUMANOS: Uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre implicações organizacionais

Resumo

A Gestão de Recursos Humanos assim como outras unidades organizacionais estão em plena evolução tecnológica, e a incorporação da análise de dados, nomeada dataficação, emerge como uma tendência significativa. Este estudo investiga as implicações dessa dataficação na Gestão de Recursos Humanos, explorando seu potencial para otimizar e desafiar os processos organizacionais. Por meio de uma revisão de literatura, analisamos 68 artigos, a pesquisa objetiva identificar as implicações da aplicação da dataficação na gestão de pessoas. Os resultados revelam que, embora a análise de dados promova eficiência e forneça insights valiosos, ela também suscita preocupações relacionadas à segurança da informação, à potencial desumanização das relações de trabalho e ao risco de vigilância excessiva. Conclui-se que a evolução tecnológica da GRH demanda uma abordagem parcimoniosa, que maximize os benefícios da dataficação sem negligenciar os aspectos éticos e humanos na gestão de pessoas.
