Abstract

The study aimed to understand the influence of organizational values on the perception of work well-being, in the view of the staff of a public teaching hospital. Through a survey, 351 employees answered the questionnaire, which was based on models IPVO created by Oliveira and Tamayo, and EPBO created by Dessen and Paz. The main results state that the priority organizational values of the institution were Prestige and Compliance and realization. Regarding work well-being, the highest incidence was attributed to factors Valorization, Realization and Identification to the organization. The multiple regression analysis revealed that the model represented by the dependent variable Identification to the organization (well-being factor) had the highest value, showing that 24.5% of the factor variance can be explained by the values Concern for collectivity and Prestige.
