Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the narrative of suffering at work experienced by a removed military policeman. It is a case study, in the context of action research, of a descriptive and qualitative nature. There were seven sessions using the technique of clinical listening of suffering at work, with the psychodynamics of work theoretical scope. It was possible to narrate the case of a policeman, to analyze the psychodynamics of the work experienced, and to delineate the destinies of suffering that the policeman gave to his life.
