O FEEDBACK CORPORATIVO ESTÁ EM XEQUE? Um Estudo De Caso Em Uma Empresa De Tecnologia

Embora o papel das pessoas seja cada vez mais reconhecido para a competitividade das organizações, dados sobre engajamento e retenção revelam um cenário preocupante, mostrando uma força de trabalho pouco engajada com declínio de produtividade. A prática do feedback, componente do sistema de gestão de desempenho, tem sido associada ao aumento de engajamento e satisfação dos funcionários pois estimula desenvolvimento profissional. Este trabalho busca contribuir nessa reflexão, trazendo um estudo de caso sobre experiência com feedback, realizado com colaboradores da sucursal brasileira de uma empresa americana de Tecnologia. Resultados apontam o feedback sendo essencial para o comprometimento e sentimento de valorização dos colaboradores e sugerem que organizações promotoras do feedback poderão atingir maior sucesso no engajamento das pessoas, ao promover as condições psicológicas de significado, segurança e disponibilidade. Mas também indicam percepções distintas entre feedbacks informais, considerados construtivos, e os formais, recebidos com ansiedade e desconfiança no processo.
