Introduction: Quality health and education, based on inclusive actions provided for in the global goals, are integrated into the training of nurses, anchored in the National Curriculum Guidelines for undergraduate nursing (DCENf) for the improvement of complex cognitive skills, such as critical thinking and problem solving. In this sense, the integration of digital resources3 in nursing education not only promotes skills needed to navigate the digital future of health. Objective: To analyze transmedia processes that have the principle of promoting digital inclusion among nursing students. Method: Descriptive, exploratory and documentary study. The source of the data was the 2023 report and social media from a university extension project of a notice whose object of action is digital inclusion. Results: The content was created using image editors, shared through different social media and had the participation of ten students from the third to the seventh semester, three master's students and four facilitating professors. Three typologies were identified in sequential order for disseminating content: card, podcast and video graphics that dialogued with each other on the same topic to guide the object of study of a scientific article. Conclusion: The integration of transmedia and digital inclusion in nursing training represents an emerging paradigm and it is clear that transmedia strategies not only enrich the learning process with multimodal and interactive experiences, but also prepare future nursing professionals to work in an increasingly digitalized and interconnected healthcare landscape.
